The room was spacious and the staff were really friendly and helpful. There's a fridge in the lobby where you can always get soft drinks and beer. You can park your car in the courtyard, which has a disabled parking space and an underground car park accessible by lift. There are only about 7-8 spaces in total, so it's best to book in advance. Parking costs 20 euros per day (including overnight parking until 12 o'clock the next day of departure), but it's great peace of mind if you want to keep your car close and have access to the reception 24 hours a day.

The hotel is located right beside the main train station, so access is super easy and fast. Neighborhood is relatively quiet - we only stayed one night, but the only noises we heard from the street were from the buses coming and going from the station nearby. Staff was nice and polite.

The hotel rooms are very good, clean, comfortable, warm, and quiet. It is only a 5 minute walk from the HBf south exit, down a well lit street. The shower/bathroom was very clean, water was hot, and good quality towels were provided. This hotel was good value for money and very convenient if you come from the Frankfurt airport and have a train to catch the next day. I will stay here again on my return journey in a few weeks.

Hotel is very close to the main railway station and the bus station too, but on a very quiet, safe street. It is also at around 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from the lovely city hall. Staff was friendly, room was clean and spatious, and breakfast was very good, with a lot of options for everyone. It exceed my expectations!
